EA Aesthetics move into Maltby High Street!
SMC Chartered Surveyors have completed the letting of 44 High Street in Maltby.
SMC acted on behalf of a landlord client, agreeing a new lease to a local individual trading as ‘EA Aesthetics.’ The property commands a prominent position at the start of the retailing pitch in the centre of Maltby, with Tesco supermarket directly opposite.
The new tenant has undertaken a scheme of decorative and fitting out works as an aesthetics clinic and is now open for business.
EA Aesthetics provide a range of cosmetic treatments including lips, Dermaplaning & Peel2Glow from full trained and insured staff.
