Acting on behalf of a local landlord client SMC have agreed a new three year lease for this ground floor retail unit. The property has been let to Plain Bear who are fashionwear brand and manufacturer founded in London.
Sharrow Vale Road is a popular hub of independent shops approximately 1.5 miles south west of Sheffield city centre. A sought after area with occupiers including deli’s, arts & craft, florists, organic greengrocers, baker, patisseries, pubs, cafes, restaurants and so on
