545 Attercliffe Road has been let to individuals trading as The Jolly Pocket. SMC acted on behalf of the landlord to negotiate a deal for the cafe premises located in the Attercliffe area of Sheffield.
The ground floor unit had been occupied by ‘The Lunch Box’ previously. The premises was available to let with the benefit of a historic sandwich shop and hot food planning use.
The new tenants, trading as The Jolly Pocket, will be offering a range of traditional British and Lithuanian food on the go. The letting adds to an interesting variety of retail and leisure occupiers on this busy main road location on Attercliffe Road.
