SMC Chartered Surveyors have secured a new tenant for Unit C3 at Canklow Meadows Industrial Estate.
Ignite Imports Ltd have signed up to a new 12 year lease with rent reviews and tenant break clauses every three years. SMC acted for Anglo Estates who own and manage Canklow Meadows Industrial Estate in Rotherham. The estate is perfectly located for quick access onto the M1 motorway at Junction 33.
The refurbished industrial unit just under 1,000 sq ft attracted strong interest when placed on the market just before Xmas. Terms were agreed with Ignite Imports Ltd in early February. Ignite Imports Ltd are an online health food business who will use the unit for storage and distribution.
