SMC acted on behalf of a long standing landlord client to secure a new 15 year lease. The former charity and travel agency shop has been let to a local private individual. The property will be used as a ladies hair and beauty salon.
The new tenant is now undertaking fitting out works and is expected to be open for business in the coming weeks.
