Acting on behalf of a landlord client client SMC have let the former Gerties Cafe to a local food operator as Turquoise.
SMC were originally instructed to market this corner property for sale or to let, with the freehold option including two studios to the first floor. Given the strong tenant interest a letting deal was agreed shortly after marketing. The swift letting ensured a minimal void allowing the landlord to secure continuation of rental income.
Turquoise will be offering authentic Turkish food as all day food and cafe venue. We understand the new tenants will be opening to the public from early December 2020.
