SMC Chartered Surveyors represented a private vendor client, to market this freehold part let investment in the Firth Park area of Sheffield. The property included a ground floor shop occupied by Pattersons Butchers and a vacant one bed flat to the upper floors.
A new 10 year lease was agreed for the ground floor shop to Patterson Butchers at a rent of £8,000 per annum to coincide with the sale. The flat remained vacant with potential to increase the gross rental income. The property went to best and final offers following strong interest in the late autumn period. The property has been sold to a local property investment company.
