SMC have acquired the former Sleep Hotel located on Scotland Street.
Acting for a private property company client SMC advised on the purchase. The property was placed on the open market with Whitehornes Estate Agents in September this year.
The former hotel is located just outside Sheffield City Centre, in an area which has undergone a significant amount of development over the last couple of decades.
The three storey detached building had been utilised as public house for many years. The property ceased trading as a public house some years ago, since when it has been used as a small hotel.
Our client plans to re-establish the building as a public house in the near future.
