SMC Chartered Surveyors acting jointly with CBRE have agreed a surrender of the lease at 503 Langsett Road in Sheffield.

SMC agreed the surrender of the former HSBC banking office in the centre of Hillsborough, on behalf of HSBC. The deal eliminates any continuing lease obligations for the client, such as rent, rates, insurance and repairs.
